Tax season means the same documents from dozens of clients, on different timelines, with different levels of organisation. The portal imposes a consistent process without being hard on clients — a guided checklist walks them through exactly what to provide, in the order you need it.

Document intake and organisation

Clients upload directly into folders synced to your Dropbox. Every file is timestamped and tied to a client profile. Nothing arrives in your inbox as a raw attachment; everything lands in the right place automatically.

Quebec tax optimisation prompts

The questionnaire includes prompts specific to Quebec tax rules — solidarity credit, RQAP contributions, childcare receipts — so clients think through items they might otherwise forget. You spend less time going back for missing information.

E-signature and agreement management

Engagement letters and consent forms are sent and signed inside the portal. No third-party DocuSign account required. The signed document is archived with the client file.

Admin dashboard

One screen shows every client: not started, in progress, submitted, under review, complete. You can filter by status, add internal notes and flag files that need follow-up. Built for a firm that handles 50 to 500 returns per season.
