PhotoEngine brings your portfolio, client galleries and fine-art print sales into one site you control. Clients review and pick their images in private galleries; collectors browse numbered editions and artist proofs in the sizes you offer.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Deployment is paid once; the platform fee recurs. Managed monthly plans have a 12-month initial commitment. Annual fees are in addition to first-year deployment. Custom features and integrations are quoted separately.

Your clients log in to a branded portal, browse their proof selections, mark approvals and download their files. You see exactly where each client is in the process without sending a single follow-up email.

Edition and print management

Define limited runs per image at the database level. Once an edition sells out, the system enforces it automatically — no manual tracking, no risk of overselling. Clients see live availability on every print, which creates genuine scarcity rather than a marketing claim.

Scheduling and session workflow

Appointment requests, session notes, shooting schedules and file delivery all live inside the same platform. Nothing falls through the gap between your booking tool, your cloud drive and your email inbox.

Your brand, not ours

Every client-facing screen carries your studio name and visual identity. Catalystdev is invisible to your clients. You get the credibility of a custom platform at a fraction of what it would cost to build one.

Fully managed after launch

Hosting, SSL, backups, software updates and security monitoring are included in the managed platform fee. You focus on photography; Catalystdev handles the infrastructure.

Two tiers — Solo and Studio

Photo Solo ($1,200 deployment / $99 per month) is built for individual photographers: one portal, unlimited clients and proof sessions, edition management and file delivery. Photo Studio ($1,500 deployment / $159 per month) adds multi-photographer configuration, team scheduling, higher storage limits and priority support.
